SO many people raved about this book that I thought I would give it a try. The beginning and the end was pretty good but in the middle it went through long periods where it felt like the story was dragging.

4th Book of the year - Gettysburg

Gettysburg by Newt Gingrich

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Apparently this is the second time I have read this book. I sure don't remember reading it. Oh well. I really enjoyed this alternative history look at the Battle of Gettysburg. I am looking forward to the next one.
